Before it’s clear it is unclear. The purpose of the initiative or idea should be clear to everyone from the beginning and thus it is important to share the background information about the initiative with everyone. Now when all of you are on the same page about the initiative, it is time to share your own expectations towards the co-creation. Share our wishes and fears. Why not to clarify also the working environment related known facts. Be precise and agree commitments from all team members. Be realistic.
