Hidden talents. That’s what we all are. For all unique initiatives we need different set of expertise, competence and capabilities. Identified expertise can be gained in many ways and not all the competence we have is in use at our daily work. That’s why ask who we are, what we know and share our networks, before building a strategy for “missing” competences.

3. Remember to talk also about what would you like to learn; pair work can be the place to upskill your dear teammates.
